We booked 4 rooms and all the room sizes differed. My parents got a very tiny room in the corner with not even a table in the room. There is no cleaning in the hotel. We asked in morning to nathan at front desk to get our rooms cleaned. He promised but when we got home at night the rooms were not clean. My room’s bathroom had a dried urine stain on the floor. My bed had insane amount of bed bugs which bit me all night n i had marks all over my hands and legs. I couldnt sleep. When i told this to nathan at fromt desk, he was defensive. Thats not the right attitude. As a hotel manager he should know how to resolve problems and even apologize for the inconveniences. Very dirty hotel. They never change sheets. I asked them to change sheets, I gave it in writing at the front desk. They still didnt change. They anyway mention to take towels from reception but there is mostly no staff at reception and you have to wait 20minutes. There is no phone in rooms. Overall it is an extremely dirty hotel which doesnt clean urine stains from floor of bathroom from previous guests. They never change sheets thats why there r ridiculous amount of bedbugs.
