Mixed feeling about this one. Room was fine, good set up, great team but our double bed had two single mattresses without anything to join them so one of us always ended up falling in between. We were given two single run down blankets for a double bed which was off putting. We asked for a quilt but it never came. Breakfast buffet is basic but enough. Hotel is high up on hill so you must have your transport or you can use Tourmaline Hotel Kandy Level 1 Safe & Secure's bus which starts in the afternoon. Pool and outside area was nice. Hotel staff was great. Over all okay experience.

We decided to stay in the Hotel after there was a bomb blast in Colombo. The staff were very prompt in their reply, check in was smooth (I ended up in the Hotel and then made my reservation) Stay was good, dinner, drinks and breakfast was just amazing. I wish I could have stayed another day.

Excellent food by the chef, location is on top of the hill but its peaceful and view to a kill, the staff is very kind and excellent service by staff.
Little ants should be eliminated.

Excellent pool to unwind after a Long day. The spa was not up to the mark. Coffee machine in for brewed coffee must be available in dining areas. That serves a good latte or cappuccino.
