The best place, vibe, and people

River city inn is like a family. Alvin greeted us with utmost hospitality, care and i met so many people from different parts of the world. The rooms, lobbies, and bathrooms are periodically cleaned well. This is the ideal place for any solo traveller because it feels like family there. The pantry has good coffee, drinking water and snack available so you don’t feel hungry. After you start talking to other roomies, the place feels like home

Excellent experience of staying there, reetha was so helpful and replied so politely to all of questions as it was my first trip to singapore. She guided me for food, transportation, etc. Other members staying there was also so friendly, we sit daily on dinner table and laugh a lot. Thanks everyone and thanks for everything!

Best part is the location, the dorms are okayish, clean, but nothing else to offer. No towels provided, sheets are a little dirty, bed is a little thin, lockers don't close properly, breakfast has just toast and coffee/tea, no cereal or fruits, as is offered by other hostels.

Located in hongkong street, right opposite the clarke quay, the River City Inn is well connected to all SG transportation, places of interest. The stay is very comfortable in terms of value for money, staff courtesy, cleanliness, bed size.
