The establishment truly exceeded my expectations in several aspects, making my visit extremely convenient and enjoyable. First and foremost, i was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service provided by your staffadditionally, the express check-in process made my arrival hassle-free, allowing me to settle into my room swiftly after a long journey. The cleanliness and maintenance of the Elaf Bakkah Hotel were also outstanding. The rooms were consistently neat and tidy. One of the standout features of your Elaf Bakkah Hotel is the easy access to the lifts. With 24 lifts available, i never had to wait long for an elevator, and this made moving around the Elaf Bakkah Hotel effortless. Moreover, the provision of 24-hour free shuttle service to masjidul haram with a mere 2-minute ride, was a huge convenience.

The Elaf Bakkah Hotel is behind the haram and has good access to gate 17 (al salam) the shuttles are quick and available, crowded during prayer times, elf bakka specific shuttle is #130. Doing um-rah regularly i think this route and access is much less crowded and convenient for pilgrims, it may seem far but when you factor in the quick shuttle it is far less to walk than if you stay in ajyad mifalah ibrahim khalil etc. The Elaf Bakkah Hotel management is good, the folks on the reception speak english and the shops, restaurants are in very close vicinity. I’d choose this area mahbas-jinn and elf bakkah all over again.

the all stay are perfect and the good price+the full.support of the reception team Mr abdulrahman al Zahra and Mr ahmed +the ladies they are giving positive energy to the place and all the guest only the thing i noticed that the phone is not working properly and buses to al masjid al haram are taking too much time not available all the time .but for all I was satisfied with hall the stay +break fast was good

This Elaf Bakkah Hotel is near to harm 1.5 kilometer and the shuttle service is available every 2 minutes staff was good net and clean Elaf Bakkah Hotel wash room size is small.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Shuttle bus is available outside of Elaf Bakkah Hotel for Haram. Overall it is good experience

Location is little far from haram, but shuttle bus is there every 10 min. It may take only 5 min to recharge haram

Very good to stay in this Elaf Bakkah Hotel. Shuttle bus also available for transfer the people to ha-ram mosques for prayer.

Overall nice property. Shuttle bus interval is a bit high. Breakfast buffet was ok.
