    I recently stayed at Regenta Resort & spa by riverside and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the amenities I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s location is perfect with river and Mountain View ❤️. The swimming pool really at awesome location 🤩 Breakfast was delicious. Overall, I felt very relaxed and well taken care of during my stay. I would definitely recommend people to choose🥰

    Terrible Stay

    The hotel had very limited manpower, delayed service. Unavailability of basic service, no hot water in the tap , we had gone with our 4 month old, and asked for a plastic stool or any stool to bathe her, it was unavailable. The hotel is cut from the main city/market, our baby fell sick and we requested for medicine and there was no staff who could bring the medicine for the baby. They had mentioned continental breakfast for our stay but there were No options. They didn’t have buffet and limited things from alacarte. All and all our stay was not good. Evening the lights of the properly were off and we had to switch on the lights of entire villa if we wanted to go out. Some things were good like the taste of food and the driver of their hotel car.
