Opened in November 2016, this resort offers 50 villas and residences set on the beach or over water on the lagoon.

The property offers seaplane transfers from Male International Airport. It is a 35-minute flight and costs USD 700 per adult and USD 550 per child (9 to 11 years) .The cost is for roundtrip/return transfer and inclusive of taxes. Transfers are mandatory and guests have to share details of arrival and departure flights at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Payment has to be done directly at the property.The property will arrange for the transfer and share details such as pick-up point, kiosk at the airport etc.

The resort is located on Milaidhoo Island, a private island on Baa Atoll.
