1. Excellent receptionist who helped us early check-in in flawless time 2. Big room and ample toiletries provided. 3. Walking distance to Unesco World Heritage Sites 3. In house restaurant, convenience store, souvenir shop and spa. 4. Walking distance to Stop#8 of Hop on Hop off tour. 5. Other places nearby are India, China Town and various Museums. Overall a great stay!

location - bang on, very close to the ferry, Armenian street, Komtar tower, little India, all very close by. Rooms are moderately spacious but with some dated painting issues, clean toilet, very helpful staff, but without restaurant except for buffet breakfast, which is somewhat pricey

This is an awesome Armenian Street Heritage Hotel in the heart of Heritage walk. Staff are so helpful and polite. This is easy to locate. There are many indian restaurants near to this Armenian Street Heritage Hotel. There is a 24*7 shop available in the ground floor.

Hotel is ok & perfectly located. But as promised there were no slippers & no body lotion in toiletries. Staff behavior is excellent but service is not so good. The room we had been allotted was having a foul smell though they upgraded us. No slippers was a problem

the location is really great, so close to a mall and all the street markets and restaurants. The staff is really nice and helpful. Room was really clean. However the property is really old and it shows, the room is pretty small and needs a new coat of paint
