The Ocean Residence was a new experience for us. The staff is very very helpful and behaves very comfortably. The location is just outside The Kuah Town, very calm and quite area doesn't have any disturbances of a City.

Our room had a breathtakingly view close to the sea and in vicinity to the swimming pool. By nature this resort is located in the main road in Ocean front estate and is having a calm, serene and lovely ambiance. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment called container 8, and the rooms were well equipped and spacious. But the only drawback is the single toilet for both bedrooms. Moreover the toilet is just basic and very all just enough to stand for shower and sit for WC. There is no exhaust fans in the toilet and you should buy your own room freshener. However surpassing all these drawbacks is the beauty of the location.

First impression is the best impression. Very impressive front office with accommodating team. Explained the whole facilities then guided to room. Information for tourism is also shared on request. Rooms have beautiful view. Longhouse with swimming pool on the back door makes the stay exciting. Swimming pool facing the ocean is fantastic. Complaints given were resolved quickly and updated. Very happy for the selection of stay at Langkawi

Lovely resort, but hard to reach

This is lovely resort but its at remote location. Once you get in you will feel like you are beautifully jailed as you can't go out even up to the main road without a cab. You will not find shop/restaurant till 3-4 km of vicinity. Only the good thing about this resort is .. It is too beautiful in day time. Also if you have booked the expensive villas then you will feel good ... Else you will fell bad as you will be thrown to a darkened corner of resort if you have booked the cheaper room under some MMT offer. One line: Not recommended. Only if you are on honeymoon trip, you can opt for this super silent resort.

Makemytrip has to change the rating of this hotel to at least 4 star. It is an excellent property to stay at, with extremely supportive staff are very neat and clean rooms with Wi-Fi service. The only glaring problem is lack of all day restaurant and room phone. They have breakfast buffet included in the room cost.

Our room had a breathtakingly view close to the sea and in vicinity to the swimming pool. By nature this resort is located in the main road in Ocean front estate and is having a calm, serene and lovely ambiance. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment called container 8, and the rooms were well equipped and spacious. But the only drawback is the single toilet for both bedrooms. Moreover the toilet is just basic and very all just enough to stand for shower and sit for WC. There is no exhaust fans in the toilet and you should buy your own room freshener. However surpassing all these drawbacks is the beauty of the location.

First impression is the best impression. Very impressive front office with accommodating team. Explained the whole facilities then guided to room. Information for tourism is also shared on request. Rooms have beautiful view. Longhouse with swimming pool on the back door makes the stay exciting. Swimming pool facing the ocean is fantastic. Complaints given were resolved quickly and updated. Very happy for the selection of stay at Langkawi

The Ocean Residence was a new experience for us. The staff is very very helpful and behaves very comfortably. The location is just outside The Kuah Town, very calm and quite area doesn't have any disturbances of a City.

Makemytrip has to change the rating of this The Ocean Residence Langkawi to at least 4 star. It is an excellent property to stay at, with extremely supportive staff are very neat and clean rooms with Wi-Fi service. The only glaring problem is lack of all day restaurant and room phone. They have breakfast buffet included in the room cost.
