Restaurant of this hotel has a very bad service. Restaurant staff is arrogant and will turn off the ac at 10am as the breakfast is from 7am to 10am. Even though if you are eating they won’t care. Also they will start picking up the plates without your permission. Additionally, the restaurant at rooftop is more horrible. We ordered food and waited for 45mins. When asked about the order, they were clueless what we ordered. They did not even punch the order in the system and we asked to cancel and ran out to get food at 10:30pm. Also, the rooftop restaurant is supposed to provide drinking water refill without any cost. On the first day they provided us water, on the second day they asked for 2myr for water refill which is unacceptable. Awful service.

Cons: - There is lot of water wastage here as we need to leave around 3-4 buckets of water to get hot water. - Hotel staff id very slow, when we reached hotel at 3 pm (checkin time), they claimed that room was not ready and took 30 more mins. They are slow in processing things - Breakfast starts at 7am but the food was not fully ready by then. All food are ready by 8am.
