We stayed there for 4 days, booked a deluxe room of higher cost, but they gave me smaller room because of unavailability, they said, come next day and we will provide you deluxe room but next day again same story, unavailability of the deluxe room but we had booked the room 2- 3 months ago. Then also this happened. Hotel is fine but is in the market area full of shops and crowd every where because of which your cab or taxi can't reach in front of hotel in the evening therefore you have to go to the main road walking to catch a cab. But if you want to do local shopping then this hotel is best for you as hotel is in the market area. Staff and services are good.

Everything in this hotel is good and very cheap, the old chinese man in the reception is like the best hotel staff I had ever seen. He is very honest and helpful regarding each and everything for the tour and the location will remind you of any chinese city. Overall my experience is awesome for this hotel love you ChinaTown 2.

The location was really good and near to MRT so anyone can easily go to another stations. Food options were also pretty good. But the room was very small and the free WiFi was kind of horrible, I mean you won't get good Network at any point of time. The bad thing we experienced was a group of people used to come during mid night in front of this hotel and used to drink,shout out loud and also used to put the silencers of their bikes very loudly and few girls used to cheer them up by shouting horribly.

The Hotel is good for the stay. Rooms are clean. Located at center of China Town. Room service is not available. The ac is centralized so it feels very cool in morning which I didn't like. Also we were charged 10 ring it per night extra for international travelers even after paying everything online. They tell us its because of some government order. But then why this was not written on the website. Also I didn't hear this from anywhere.

1. Staff behavior was satisfactory. 2. I did not like their notice for charges of toothpaste and slipper in the room. Although it was not expensive but not desirable in this type of hotel. 3. Another problem in the room was centrally cooled. It is not under control of individual guest in the room and 24 hours same temperature. So, it was inconvenient.
