The breakfast was without fresh fruits like papaya or water melon. Breakfast is the most important meal. No live dosa or live parathas also. For vegetarians, it's difficult. The buffet also didn't seem fresh.

I didn’t like the way of receptionist take when i requested late check out because i just arrived at 5 am so i spend only 7 hours in the hotel without any attention or understanding, any way the hotel is good

Every time I visit Kuwait, I go to the same hotel. The location is perfect close to mobarekya souq. The hotel service is very good. Stuff are very polite. The rooms are not bad and clean. Very easy to catch taxi. The waters in rooms are free. Breakfast was okay. No electric kettle in rooms

They charge OK to board which is totally wrong and the rooms are old, not maintained. Staff are OK. Breakfast OK. Overall it's value for money but they are supposed to explain all charges before issuing visa. No hidden expenses and pickup charges is 6kd, very expensive. Taxi charges 3kd, so place careful.

Decent hotel, value for money! At central location in the Kuwait city. Vehicle parking is a challenge, but understandable being in the city limits! Overall, I would rate the hotel as Good! Do not expect high quality of rooms since the value you get is what you pay for!
