Nice hotel with convenient access to the metro and also to the airports

Location of the Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo - Kayabacho is convenient. We took the Airport Limousine bus from Tokyo Narita to the TCAT Nihonbashi terminal which is very close to the Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo - Kayabacho. Taxi from TCAT to the Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo - Kayabacho was 410 JPY. Hotel has free breakfast (you have to pay from July 1st 2018). Room is small but that is pretty much the same in Tokyo for Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo - Kayabachos in this price range.

It was Very close to subway and service was good. Becomes very convenient because 7/11 and Starbucks are close by.

No water in the room and no glasses

There is no water available in any rooms and if asked with staff you are asked to have tap water from the bathrooms, which is groase. Also no glasses available. And in the name of room service nothing much is available. Even in the smoking rooms windows don't open up and you are asked to use the air purifier available in the room. For buffet breakfast no options for vegetarians. All in all just about alright.
