The hotel was still under construction while we were allocated on one of the completed sections. It was a new property and new staff. The staff was generally courteous and the breakfast was great! The location is good and near the harbour, so you could walk to it rather than taking horse carts. If you are on a budget and you get a good bargain here then you should take it.

Close to the harbour

The place was nice. Right in front of the beach but none of the rooms have a beach view. The rooms are good and comfortable. The only thing is there are a lot of mosquitoes which you will find at any hotel in and around Bali. The breakfast was nice.

The rooms are beautiful, clean and unique. The bathroom were attached to outside the room which was open to sunlight. It was an ancient design and V loved it. Pretty close to the pier of the beach. One drawback would be having bed bugs on the bed, however the bugs didn't disturb us during the night which was cool. Overall it's a pleasant stay.

Most pathetic experience

I booked here for two nights. They didn't have the room I booked and they did free upgrade. But by evening they asked us to change as someone cancelled the booking. We have booked our early daily day tour so we could not have shift rooms next day. They were adamant to change the room and was very rude and didnt help at all. Even Makemytrip didn't help and wasted thousands on waiting for resolution from Makemytrip to help on international call. Apparently they did booking from expedia and they could not help either. Manager was very rude and didnt help at all and threaten to vacate the hotel without any refund. We have to cancel our day trip (no refund from them either as it was last minute cancellation). Very unsupportive and even rooms were not that clean, they asked us to change just because someone cancelled and even no one booked the room where we were staying after upgrade. Avoid this hotel.
