Sri Phala resort is a good property but not a4-star property

I don't think the resort is a 4-star facility. Should be 3-star facility. positive points about the property: - Location - Sanur beach is 600 metres away - Pocket friendly - Very helpful staff Not so positive points: - Basic rooms and amenities - Limited buffet breakfast spread with very few choices for vegetarians

Everything about this hotel is terrible. Starting with poor location next to a traffic light where you can take 15-20 minutes to take u turn to enter the hotel. No intercom in my room so no way to communicate except calling them in mobile via whatsapp, handful of options for breakfast and almost nothing for vegetarians, very poor housekeeping service, don't supply soap, dental kits etc regularly, don't even fill water in the water bottles. You are yourself supposed to fill it up everyday from a dispenser. And no value for someone's time. They give you an appointment at spa and when you reach there they say sorry therapist didn't show up! would not recommend this hotel especially for indians vegetarians

Good to access sanur port, ferry to nusa penida and gill

Hotel is ideally located from sanur ferry port. Rooms are pretty spacious but facilities are okay okay. Fittings in bathroom have issues, lighting in room and overall is dim.

Give power plug adapters

We reached late in the evening and asked for the power adapters to charge our devices. In indonesia the power plugs have a different interface. It was my 5th day in bali and we didn't face this problem anywhere else we stayed. But here they mentioned that they were running out of those adapters it was saddening to not have any adapters and charge our devices. Next day morning we charged our devices at the breakfast area by borrowing an adapter.
