The property was really good with all the basic amenities in room and overall. The whole staff (Hasim, Ona and Agung) was really courteous and made sure our stay was comfortable. Everyone was really efficient and understanding. Our room was cleaned everyday. Given the property’s proximity to the airport, must recommend this one.

Vegetarian food is average, the restaurant closed early so it didn't help us, the location is very near to the airport so connectivity is good, very near to the main market, staff is also very good

Great value for money. Rooms are a little small but clean and well maintained. The amenities, staff behaviour and overall experience are at par with those of a high end 3 star hotel. We stayed at grandma's hotel kuta (airport one. Good location and as the name suggests pretty close to the airport. The in house restaurant has a limited menu but good quality. Dishes were prepared with care and were fresh. The servers were friendly and well behaved (tirta among them always greeted us with a smile and offered prompt service) only issue is for dining at the restaurant and for room service you need to pay at the spot. The same can't be charged against the room. Minor hiccup but nothing unmanageable.

The staff members at the front desk were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made me feel like a valued guest throughout my visit. The accommodations at were nothing short of outstanding. My room was immaculately clean, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed with modern amenities. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the panoramic view from the window was truly breathtaking.
