Worst hotel in Hong Kong

Worst ever hotel I booked, I booked mingle by the park but they gave me mingle place by the park which I not even a hotel, no elevators, no service nothing at all. This is a very poor hotel, staff doesn't listen at all and are very adamant. Mingle place is an guest house which they say is a hotel without even a reception, you have to take your luggage on your own through stairs. Please please don't stay ever in this hotel.
