Dear Sir /Mam The booking date was from 7th & 8th July 2023. I would like to mention that via email dated 8th July 2023, I informed the hotel Daniel, Munich that I will reach their hotel at approx. 2 am on 8th July 2023 instead of 7th July 2023 due to train cancellations from Verona Porta Nuova, Italy. When we reached the hotel approx. 2 am on 8th July 2023 there is no one in the reception and hotel door was closed and none of the hotel's staff did not pick up our phone we tried the whole night to call them, but we did not get any response in a phone call or email That's why I (Mr. Souvik Ghosh) and my father (76 years old) an aged person had to wait in the street the whole night from 2 am to 5.30 am, but one of their customers went outside then we, fortunately, got a chance to come inside, through the entrance door and stayed in the lobby and waited till 7.20 am( 8th July 2023) till their receptionist came. (Hotel’s CCTV footage) finally, we got our room at approx 7.30 am on 8th July 2023. When we asked the receptionist he told us that our hotel desk is open up to 10 pm but as per Hotel's website it's different, there it is explicitly mentioned that the desk is open for 24 hours. Again, when we asked their staff regarding the refund process as we want to leave the hotel immediately he clearly said it's a non-refundable booking so we can't refund your money. ( Staff's photo attached) Therefore, we had no option but to engage in a heated argument. This is not at all acceptable as we had a trip from 8 am, so it was pathetic torture for us especially for my father. As a result, in the afternoon my father fell to the ground due to heavy weakness and was injured and he got 7 stitches in his lips. Eventually, I left Munich the very next morning with bitter memories. Room no 204 was allotted to us on the 8th of July morning (7 am) Therefore, based on the above I am requesting the following for your kind perusal. 1. As per the instruction of your staff I am requesting for full refund
