Hotel is good. But there is no choice for for vegan people. in breakfast not vegan dishes are available like others. if they can add their preferences at the time of booking it will be very helpful to other people for booking.

Not what you expect from a five star hotel . Horrible service , no room cleaning service even when we put the sign for it , gym was not operational, staff was not helpful, breakfast had minimal options without any tag and empty food bar . Rooms , service and ambience were nothing that of a 5 star hotel… NOT WORTH THE MONEY . was quite disappointed by hotel. Worst experience!!

Terrible ac, bad water pressure on the shower, dirty carpets, room looks old and furniture chipped. Impossible to locate the hotel if you are in a car or taxi. Closest Uber pick up point is at Novotel or ibis
