We only stayed 2 days, it was too short! The staff were lovely and very helpful. The Hotel is beautiful with high standard quality in terms of services and infrastructures: the pool is amazing in a quiet garden totally preserved from the very noisy main road just outside which is a miracle. We warmly recommend and know where to stay when we visit again Siem Reap.

Location was superb but other services were just OK. Except linen change, floor cleaning was not up-to mark. Steam room was dirty and there is no sauna. Hotel organised functions in open and whole complex is noisy. I complained and response was that they don't have hall and unable to help. So all rooms are noisy at least until 11 pm. Hotel is nearer to temples and they are helpful in organizing trips. Breakfast was OK but not great. I will rethink if I want to stay there again.
