Sokha beach resort, mittakpheap is a beautiful property, widely spread, very well maintained, well trained well behaved staff. Food is amazing, swimming in the pool was great experience, the private beach is so nicely maintained here, feel like coming again n again. Overall great peaceful experience, enjoyed my holiday here. I recommend sokha as must visit in phnom penh.

This Sokha Beach Resort came as a savior in an otherwise wrecked city. It has a beautiful privately owned beach and is within close proximity to the main pier at serendipity. It does offer 24 hour room service but some dishes are questionable and seem stale. The staff totally lacks English (apart from a couple of them at the main reception) and it gets really challenging communicating anything (I asked for a bottle of drinking water and they sent the plumber to check water in the bathroom). The staff also lacks the hospitality that you experience elsewhere in Cambodia. Having stayed in Siem Reap for a few days we could infer the stark difference. The property is sprawling and beautiful over all.
