Halon g bay, worth it for its beauty but not sure about overrated tours

Dated ship, no fun activities, boring cruise. Only good thing about this ship was its food, which is phenomenal indian food. Food to indians is provided little late but it’s worth the wait. In the caves also, they were concerned about the length of the tour and not about describing what’s this place is al about. . Also booking not from their site, we were not entitled to ride back to hanoi in their bus and left to the merci of taxi which is not arranged by them. Very very poor service. The car ride which took us from their port, dint charge his car, don’t pay the highway amount, he was just sorry. Very very poor experience if halon g bay

It is one of the best 5* star cruises in Hà Long bay. The staff is very friendly, the rooms and lounges are spacious and the facilities are very good. Once they realized that we did not want have enough vegetarian options the chef made an Indian veg dinner (seven course meal, we had to tell them to drop two dishes to avoid wastage of food) and breakfast (puri, bhaji and poha). Make sure to inform them if you need any special diet. Avoid the spa as the personnel are very eager, they are not experienced.
