Spacious rooms but no hot water

The rooms are good and we got an upgrade as well, the family room was really spacious. But the bathrooms didn’t have ready hot water in the taps, we were asked to keep the tap open for 5 mins(didn’t wanted to waste water) to get 2 mins of hot water and then again it stopped, please fix this hot water issue, it should be readily available. Also the bidet wasn’t working and we had to call engineer to fix it. We stayed for two nights and after one day the supplies like toiletries weren’t refilled as well. Fyi no swimming pool at this hotel.
