Despite this issue, the hotel staff, particularly maria, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and address any concerns i had. On the brighter side, aside from the accessibility issue, the hotel offered a pleasant experience. The amenities and services provided were commendable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. In summary, while the accessible room left something to be desired, the exceptional hospitality of the hotel staff, especially maria, helped mitigate some of the shortcomings. I would rate the hygiene at 7 out of 10, breakfast at 8, and the level of customer care at 10. Maria stands out as exceptionally helpful and competent. However, i must caution against booking the accessible room. The hotel only offers one accessible room, and unfortunately, it falls short in terms of safety and comfort. The bathroom is slippery, the bath chair is not secure, and the room sofas are worn and uncomfortable. Therefore, i do not recommend it for those in need of accessibility features. On the other hand, if you are considering a standard room, the hotel offers a decent stay experience.
