Very bad experience

Dear sir, my booking at Ymca, new York. It was told as hotel and later we found it hostel. Also we find it shared bathroom. In booking time it was no where mentioned that shared bathroom. When we checked in 20th august, I find it hostel with dirty shared bathroom. I immediately checked out from hostel and requested the hotel manager for refund.
