Very bad experience, The hotel owner demanded money , 50 Gbp per night I showed him my advance paid booking , but he said no , he will not get that money from Makemytrip So demanded money on first night , then on second he ordered either pay money @ 50 Gbp per night or check out from his hotel . Then i had to check out from his hotel on second day It was difficult to face his pressure . Is it true that your company don't give money to that hotel owner ? Total harassment by your hotel on the spot , and loss of money after trusting your company .

In the bed all night khatmal or kan khajura on the bed i newer sleep all night i go to reception to change my room they changed but the same problem i face after that i complained again and again but they don't do anything after that they didn't pike my phone i go to the reception but nobody is here so in my life first'time i sleep on the floor hotel owner no mercy for the guest very in-responsible behaviour from the hotel but make my trip also bad service i mail him cal him but they don't follow me. I request to makemytrip please you see the position and i send you pics also if something wrong happens to me in the hotel who pay for the medical treatment a very poisonous khatmal in the bed if the bite me who responsible i think this hotel should be banned for the customer

Worst hotel of my life

When we went the hotel they gives us very small room even i can’t stand in the room then we ask to change the room they charge 40 pound extra. Cold water is working in washroom. Thousands of bedbugs in the room even i cant sleep well. Worst hotel i ever seen in my life.
