It was nice, not sure why they did't refund the deposit at the start of the stay which was 30 pounds

This hotel is understaffed. No proper service. They will not pick up your call at reception. They didn’t clean room despite instructions in 3 days. They sold out the room type we booked. You have to go down to restaurant to order food because they will not respond to calls nor the reception. They use trainees to man the reception. Food was terrible too.

It is a great pleasure to walk around in London especially if the weather is holding up. Great public transport- very friendly people which makes eating terrible terrible food also edible.

Situated at very nice location very near to kings cross and just outside of congestion zone to prevent extra charges for rental cars. Rooms were okay but the hotel was under refurbishment so maybe better rooms will be available soon
