Poor Stay
big&clean room i took the river view but its actually showing marina view with partial river view when it comes to service it is terrible, never experienced terrible service as this in my whole life it is really disappointing • the shower was not working at the night i checked in and i couldn’t take shower at that night • experienced several instances of slow and unresponsive service from the staff. for example, it took an excessive amount of time for my requests to be fulfilled( asking for hangers took more than 3 hours )(a most recent issue i ordered breakfast and after hour and a half of me calling the restaurant and front dest without response or responding after the third call and hanging me on the line because there are busy attending guests at the reception i had to go by myself and ask them and they shocked me saying that i didn’t order breakfast. • another example, i am staying more than 12 nights and every day ordering breakfast in the room, on each day something must be wrong. always wrong order, wrong bill, sometimes missing cutlery and when i call them to provide one there response is ( off course sir right away) and at the end it’s not provided, i had to eat my eggs benedict’s with a small tea spoon • don’t expect that you will call reception and they will respond from the first time, you have to call them at least three times • i have extended my stay and informed the front disk twice and they said don’t worry, the following day they were knocking the door asking me to finalize the check out and when i said to the gentleman that i already confirmed my extended stay twice with the front disc he replied that no one informed me • a huge miss communication is happening in the hotel between the staff
