Terrible Stay

I had the double room! it was too small to fit 2 adults. The pictures on this site and the actual property do not match. The hotel manager is rude and unhelpful and un-cooperative. It’s was a waste of money!

A great stay

We had a great stay at this hotel. Prompt service, very friendly staff, got help on location excursions. Good room heating and sound proofing. A very nice small bakery with organic coffee just a block away. Had a comfortable walk between train/tram station and this hotel. Also, bus stop is just outside the hotel.

Excellent location - Close to tram and bus station. Cosy but very small sized rooms, just enough to accommodate couple. I wish had some more space. Staff was friendly and supportive. Indian and other restaurant, Tesco express and M&S food was just yards away. Also, this hotel is very close to haymarket. Good was expensive inside hotel Restaurant with limited choice.
