It was nice but thr service is slow i checked in and i asked for menu card and when i checked out after 5 days till than the menu card was not available. But if you have any work in hotel than i can say contact to the bellboy a fat guy and amazing service he provides he understand the problem and situation and that african receptionist i m happy with their service otherwise other receptionists they lie and false commitment and yea-ah if you can stay its goot at all. And i you wanna watch television no proper tv channel and notnoroper working

When we entered the room the bathroom was dirty, there was all used items- there was no towel. I did not complain just politely told the housekeeping to do the necessary. The trouble started next day when morning we called for water- nobody came after one hour we called no sign 3 times finally i went down to the reception and informed them no sign after one hour we called again no sign finally we say a housekeeping guy in the corridors he helped with the water. It was very bad experience
