    The stay was awesome... They had indian resturants and bar in the same hotel so its all under one roof. Very comfortable stay with all amenities. Staff was cooperative and immediate in solving any querries .

    Check in and check out is a breeze. Excellent service. However house keeping is a huge problem. No one cleaned the room for the first three days. I had left my jacket cover on the bed and this was the reason given for not cleaning the room. Even after requesting for a service, they rudely refused and said that they can do it only the next day.

    no extra water n bottle provided only 1 l water after that pay for it for toothbrush also u have to pay 4 aed as no toiletaries provided not a place where you can come with your family apart from this no person to keep your lugguage you have to put your lugguage on your own

    I had a wonderful stay at Citymax Bur Dubai. The front desk service was excellent, especially from Nandu at reception. He went above and beyond by upgrading my room and also arranging a late checkout, which made my stay extra comfortable and stress-free. The hospitality and professionalism shown really stood out. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again

    Please do not book this hotel as the rooms and amenities are minimal compared to other hotels I have stayed in Bur Dubai. ACs do not work as intended and so does the internet. For my 3 days stay I had to use my mobile data to carry on my day to day tasks
