Firstly MMT and the hotel screwed up with my hotel booking because they couldn’t agree on the price point that was listed on the app after I paid for whatever my showing on the app. Secondly, the staff the very judgemental. The rooms are very small given the price point. It was my fiancée birthday and they gave a cake which had egg. I requested an eggless cake, the room service girl said she will be back and no one showed up. No courtesy, nothing... Remember, it is not about the cake but the decency to treat someone right when you are paying so much money for a night. I am never going back to the hotel

We spent huge amount on the suite room, but room was average. Hotel itself is very average with amenities. We didn’t get that Versace feel we were looking for. Its was just a hype and nothing else. Worst thing was the breakfast. The spread was as small as of a 3 star average hotel. Taste of food of any item was not good. Just average. We expected more from Versace hotel as it is a boutique hotel, we expected more luxury.
