Uncomfortable reception at front desk

Reception staff were rude and kept asking why did i book for a night stay while i am emirati! i told them that my flight is at 7 am and i came the night before to avoid leaving my city at 2/3am as it is some 150km away. They were not convinced until i told them i will contact make my trip. This is the first time it happens to me in my life.

Little pricey and the only option within the airport

I was force to stay at airport due to connectivity and ek flight availability. Room was avg, clean and continent. This hotel is the only option to stay within the airport. Price is little high $200+ per night w/o breakfast compare to hotels vicinity to airport where within $100 easily can get one with breakfast.
There’s no limitation or control in the lift for guests, suggest to keep some control on the guests during this pandemic period.

The Hotel is not fit for regular travelers. You cannot enter the Hotel, as this is inside emigration counters. BOOKING THIS HOTEL IS LIKE CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMERS. MAKE MY TRIP MUST WARN ITS Customers before booking such hotels. WE Could not enter the Hotel and all our plans messed up no one from hotel was in position to help, its a waste of money.
