I had booked a garden Villa on a half board basis. We had issue with AC during our stay. There was water seepage in the toilet. Food options for vegetarians is very limited. The designated restaurants for half board credit serve raw non-veg so difficult to eat in the restaurant for vegetarians. We booked room service (and paid twice for food) despite being on half board

The hotel is exceptionally awesome. The staff is very helpful and always kind. The cleanliness of the rooms is top notch. We dinner at Li Jiang and the our server Manish was really very attentive to all our food orders.

Amazing property

Amazing and huge property. Real grandness in the architecture and interior. The property is very clean and well maintained as well. The staffs were extremely polite and welcoming. Totally worth and they were sweet enough to give birthday decorations

It was a very comfortable stay. Great location. 5 mins from the mosque by car. Lovely pool and beach area. It is a must visit if you want to relax. Probably the best hotel for a staycation.

Amazing

It was an amazing experience with The Ritz Carlton Hotel. We loved the room it was clean spacious very breathable and they took care of our special requests. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The only issue we faced is to receive the food deliveries as the delivery point was very far from the main entrance. Overall we enjoyed the weekend and we definitely will go again :)

The hotel is 7 stars and the room is very nice and large. I got an upgrade on the room and the treatment is upscale and the breakfast is varied. The food we took at the pool was very nice. I took the Tender Kids Meal and the kids’ shoulder bags are varied and delicious. The hotel satisfies all ages, adults and children. I honestly enjoyed the stay and the service is fast and excellent. The hotel is opposite the Sheikh Zayed Mosque. It is strategically located on the sea. The hotel is worth a visit and I will stay there again, God willing

Some of the staff were not trained well. Before the ritz has the best staff ever. Whatever you want they bring it for you also the housekeeping was very slow before was very fast. As for the food i don't like the taste and the juices wast not fresh its barakat pottle.

Big resort with great facilities but at times appear understaffed

Hotel had great location. Just opp the Sheikh Zayed mosque and on The bank of Canal with perfect beach for kids (with stable water). You will feel like clicking picture from multiple places. Staff dealing was a mix. Most of them being very courteous in dealing but few of them appeared in hurry always and not helping as per 5 star standards. Breakfast spread was great but service at breakfast time was not great as they appeared understaffed.

The location of this hotel is priceless. The ever helpful and friendly staff of the hotel makes it completely worthwhile. The whole day can be spent at the pool or the private beach of the hotel. The view of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque from the hotel is precious. Highly recommended hotel.
