Very disappointing experience

After being told at check-in that i'd been "upgraded, got to the room and saw no hot water kettle or coffee/tea, and no safe either. Called reception and was told "only some rooms have coffee makers. Then after i informed them that even my basic room's description said "electric kettle" they grudgingly sent one over. Next morning at breakfast (no buffet, only a la carte due to low occupancy) i asked for a toast with butter. The waitress came back a few minutes later and told her that they didn't have butter. No butter in the entire hotel! the food quality was quite poor overall. The next morning i got a call from the restaurant at 9:15 asking if i'd be coming for breakfast. When i said yes i was rudely informed that breakfast would be closed at exactly 10 am (i had been told 10:30 during check-in. Went down at 9:40 and found out they had given away the main restaurant for a meeting and moved the breakfast outside. Turns out they wanted to wind up breakfast early so that they could set up the food service for the meeting for the meeting attendees. The most disappointing bit was the attitude of the staff. Apart from a couple of the room service staff, everyone seemed totally disinterested and behaved as if they were doing the guests a favour. Wouldn't go back even if they paid me.
