I recently enjoyed my stay at Mystay, Phuket. The experience was very good, with very good service from the friendly staff. There is a little gap with english communication but managable.The room was comfortable.The breakfast was limited but good. There is no near-by food option for lunch or dinner. One KFC, which is 4km away and must book a taxi (fare is little too high as compared to Bangkok) to reach there. Better to have dinner outside before back to hotel.I highly recommend this hotel for short stay.

Not a friendly staff. Not supportive to tourists.

They gave bike on rent without brakes & it was not informed, after complaining also they have not even worried & more over took our deposit amount 600thb as a fine by telling we have smoked in balcony. Threatened us by saying will complain to police and wasted our time by which we are late checkin to our flight back to our destination. Not worried abt tourists, not supportive. Finding mistakes to take money from tourists.
