A Mixed stay: Great Views, Room for improvement

Our stay was a mixed bag. The rooms were a bit dated, not quite up to the usual IBIS standards. However, the view from the balcony was stunning! On the downside, we spotted some tiny, uninvited guests (lizards). Despite this, the food was great, and the front desk team provided excellent service. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons, making it a worthwhile stay.

Fantastic Ibis Hotel at Ao Nang. Beach is roughly 1 km and the Street is laden with tour operator food joint currency exchange and 7 eleven. Hotel service is good. Only bad point would be smaller rooms and no complimentary toiletries

Property is normal. Staffs are very good. Self service hotel. I dint knw ibis is self service. Location is good. They are not allowed bean bag and floating bean bag to take in pool. This is the only hotel the just denied not to use. My swimming pool experience is very bad. And mai thing not hotel services.

Though the rooms were up to the right size it had all amenities we expect from a hotel room. We stayed for 3 nights and everyday they cleaned the room. The breakfast buffet lacked vegetarian options wherein they will be stuck with only bread jam and fried rice and fruits although non veg side had options. Pool was very clean. Happy with the stay. Ibis ****et is even quite extravagant. I recommend stay in this hotel anytime.

The stay was great and the location was calm. good for family. the staff was also friendly and welcoming. we enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend. they also have a ride to the beach and back.

Fantastic Ibis Hotel at Ao Nang. Beach is roughly 1 km and the Street is laden with tour operator food joint currency exchange and 7 eleven. Hotel service is good. Only bad point would be smaller rooms and no complimentary toiletries
