Review Of Phi Phi Relax Beach Resort

its a nice property - around 40mins from ferry from main land and party place. they have a private beach which is amazing and food is good although being a vegetarian, its an issue:( Remember its secluded from Tonsai Pier where all pubs and restaurants exist. last boat from Pier is at 530pm so no way you can catch night life!! but if you want to chill and swim and watch corals, its perfect. (they also run boat trips directly from the beach so thats doable if you spend 2 nights there). staff is decent and very prompt n helpful.

We being jain vegetarians from india, preferred eating the ready to eats we carried from india. The staff got annoyed at that as we did not buy from their restaurant. They starved charging for every small thing which they offered for no charges earlier. They showed no respect and no hospitality. A big no for vegetarian or vegan people as you would not find any options to eat here and the staff will bother you if you get from outside.

Phi phi beach resort is a very nice cozy place. Very courtesy staff. Humble rooms i’d say. But overall had an amazing time.

the resprt was terrible. the only good thing was food. also, they charge extra to take guests from pier to the resort by their boat.

It was my sons birthday and we wanted to celebrate in phi phi island and what better place than doing in phi phi relax resort.

It takes time to reach there, a few boat rides, but the food, the beach, the staff. They just win you over. Recommended for couples and families with 5+ yr old children

It was the worst travel experience of my life, firstly they do pure business, firstly we have to travel through boat to go to them, and usually they charge 150 bhatt with sharing boat which is usually in 1 or 2 hour gap of arrival of ferry so if we do private they charge 1200 bhatt, in this scorching heat difficult to wait so long, Secondly the hotel room does not have enough light, any toiletries, or any kettle or any refrigerator or anything, they totally disrespect you all the mangement is very rude except few. You have to travel again and again even to get water bottle or anything no room service anything even one staff asked me to mopped beach sand in the room myself. Overall horrible experience

From phi phi main island to hotel they charge 150 bhat per person. For every thing charge at-least bhat. Villa is average. No ac, no tv, no dryer, no slippers but still they charge more as compare to other hotel.

Horrible experience. Hotel service is very bad and do not book with MMT.

We booked this Resort for a couple of days. The rooms were so bad that we had to leave in a day. This place is very far off from Tonsai and the only connectivity is through Resort boats which runs twice daily. Food was ok. For the Island tours, they were charging almost twice the amount which we actually paid to a different tour agency. A very bad experience.

Superb place, stayed here for 3 nights, as I am Indian I was worried about the food, I have to eat because they don't serve Indian food but trust me their whole menu was amazing. I tried prawns starters, sandwiches, authentic Thai food and many more and everything was mouthwatering and tasty and 100 points goes to staff, 'What an amazing people they are'. They became our family in just 3 days! Ambience was superb! Wooden everywhere. No facilities of AC and hot water but climate here is pleasant, that we won't need it! Beautiful views and adventurous. It was like a heavenly stay with great variety of food and taste. Few steps access to beach and amazing view of beach from wooden cottages.

The place is lovely but to reach there you have to get in boat and cross the most turbulent sea with a huge probability of boat getting cap sized and hence I won't go there again.

All good at this resort, excellent location, isolated, peaceful, budget friendly in terms of stay and food. However some key things. There is no access to any outside thing from this resort i.e no shops, supermarkets, restaurants, tour info guides at cheaper rates, taxi, access to anything apart from the resort. One is forced to use the facilities provided by the resort including food & hiring the tour package at the rate they have fixed.

Property and staff all are awesome, except one guy. Except this all is well.

Place is awesome. Staff, service and accommodation great. Only problem we faced is last ferry to Phi Phi is at 2:30 afterwards you have make own private transport that will cost huge amount.

As far as comfort and reaching to the resort is concerned it is not so comfortable but once you are in the resort, it’s wonderful to experience. With wooden, nature-friendly huts to serene beaches it’s a wonderful experience overall. The staff is friendly.
