PP Princess Resort

Very bad service, no phones in the room to call the room service, people are very rude they dont let u sit anywhere in the property. I had booked the stay to enjoy the view of the beach from the pool side but the security people did not let us sit and enjoy there , they dont even let u enjoy the restaurant sitting. Never seen a hotel not hiving a dental kit too.

Property location is close to the ferry point and it’s next to beach only,but rooms and washroom are ok and not value for money,we did not try food as well.While interacting with the reception staff,felt no warmth and not really willing to help when asked for.Overall average stay

best property as right on beach. Pool overlooks the beach. However few disatisfactions. 1. Pool shuts at 7 pm. They charge 1000 Bhaats for pool beds. 2. They charge 125 bhaat for gym 3. The toilet has Urinal next to the camode and this is disgusting. If the exhaust is off, the toilet stinks of Pee. The basin lights are not adequate to shave 4. No Intercom. You cannot connect with the hotel or known rooms. 5. Food is expensive and bad 6. The only USP is the LOCATION 7. The electronic safe is not fixed 8. There is a short cut from the pier but no directions and one has to unnecessarily walk a distance when the shortcut could have been taken.

Yes. My review: resort property is very good. Rooms are also excellent, clean. The reception staff is also supportive but staff at the restaurant is literally discourteous.

Very beautiful location and it’s near to all the palaces…. The rooms are very clean and the service is very good… highly recommend

The only good thing about this resort is the location. The rooms are infested with lizards, cockroaches and have cobwebs. There's no phone to call the reception and is very dimly lit throughout which doesn't make you feel safe. The staff means well, but i felt they were short staffed. The front desk person also doubled up as our luggage carrier! hope it improves. We slept hoping no insects crawl over us.

Very close to major bar hopping scenes for night parties. There is no phone in your room. They take security of 1000 bhat per room at check-in. Right on the beach.

The washroom fittings were rusted, there no phone available in the room. But the location is amazing and the property is great.

The overall experience was amazing the room the view the maintenance everything just wanted to give a suggestion regarding the food . Would request you to focus on vegetarian / vegan food which was falling less of otherwise everything else was superb.

The resort was good. The room was also big and the balcony area had a good view of the beach. Staff service was quick. Breakfast was not as expected but you will have a cool stay here.

this hotel was very good location front of beach ⛱️. near to restaurants and night life area. only 300 meters for to ferry ⛴️ terminal. good swimming pool . I am stay pool Access villa it's very good . stay is very comfortable view was very good . I like this property

Amazing location, friendly staff, they charge a security deposit of a certain amount and bonanza for cat lovers, the island the hotel has lots and lots of friendly cats.

I had a pleasurable stay at the PP Princess. Courteous staff, amazing pools, breathtaking views. I couldn't ask for anything better.

The property is at a very beautiful location environment is pleasing wanted to stay more but because of the other bookings had to leave if you will get the change once again I would like to be there.

It's my second time stay in PP. Overall it was good, but they allocated us room where maintenance work was going on in balcony side. Later they changed our room though. Sofas in the balcony was not clean enough to sit. Rooms were all good. Please take the 2 pin adapter for phones and accessories. They welcomed us with a glass of water (despite walking a long way from pier to hotel). Could have provided with a juice or something since they are charging huge amount for a room (it was less amount in 2017)
