PP Charlie Beach Resort

Room was small okish with not much amenities safe locker was not working No Milk Powder given only coffee and sugar sachets given wifi was working for one day only in 2 days stay lot of Noise Disturbance in night Breakfast no vegetarian options apart from Bread cereal and fruits location is good on main Street with seven eleven just opposite Swimming Pool and Beach access were the only Positives

The hotel was nice. room was small but it had a lavish breakfast by the beach and it's own beach club, that made up for everything else. lighting is lacking near the pool in the evening, which is a drawback. this is close to the port as well as near the reggae Boxing ring and Slinky and Ibiza pool. location is very favourable.

The service was very good but the room size was very small and not so clean and well furnished. Pool was very clean and biggest plus point for me as a vegetarian was they understood us and provided us with the best veg food possible from their end

Good pool, connected to the beach, the pool view is amazing, staff is very helpful overall excellent

we booked standard rooms. rooms were average but in the price they offer they are great. Service is great,Views are amazing, property is at the beach, near the clubs

Best location in phi phi island, beach is connected to the hotel. Hotel did not provide toiletries in our room but overall stay was very comfortable

Swimming pool is nice. But rooms are quite far from reception. Sensor lights on walking path which doesn’t work sometimes. Standard rooms are comparatively small.

Pp charlie resort is located perfectly in the island. It has lagoon beach access where all the party happens at night. It also has the phi phi market access where all the restaurents and shops exist. Rooms are standard and clean. Swimming pool has a stunning view to sea. Breakfast is average

Location is perfect! close to the pier but terrible rooms. Don’t opt for standard rooms, they are like lodges not resort quality. Breakfast was good.

It was an awesome stay at pp charlie. The resort has a private beach which will make you feel out of this world.

Rooms are very very small. I didn't find it that great. Poor network. Only thing which is good that it is near the Port

The Resort is beautiful from inside and its location is good. The pool was nice. The only issue was that the staff at the hotel was rude and impolite.

The reception, the pool area and the view from the pool was very good. Totally enjoyed being at the pool. The rooms could have been better though, but makes up with the location & beachfront.

Families never book this hotel. For my family, 2 adult, 2 children, they provided very small room. I complained this to staffs in reception. OMG their behavior is like if you want to stay or get out we can't do nothing. One of staff told me like no means no. One of the rate list in room that I never seen in entire Thailand journey, the photo attached please see every one. And there is one comedy that their AC works after 10 min as they wrote in notice letter. I waited for 4 hrs to cool the room but at last on morning 4 am, AC however gained room temperature. I have no dare to complain this because of staffs behavior. Being star hotel it has no phone in room. There is no one to help you at night or day. Room and bathrooms are very dirty. Photo of same I have attached please see once. Only good thing is location and swimming pool. One of my daughter broke one drinking water glass, some amount was deducted in my deposit. Totally not good for families.

An excellent hotel on Phi Phi Island with an amazing pool on the beach. The hotel has direct access to the beach. Very close to the Tonsai pier. Easy check-in and check-out.
