Everything was good except the service. The front desk staff seem to be rude and unpleasant. Except for that the hotel was neat and clean. Lovely property along beach side. Quite and peaceful. Restaurants served some yummy continental and Thai food. Location wise it's not that great as you step outside the hotel there is nothing to explore as it a highway.

Nice beach resort, very good swimming pool, nice sea view from the room, breakfast have lots of variety, far from the walking street and Pattaya beach around 9 km. Staff good, they also provide shuttle bus if you want to go to Pattaya beach

Hotel is good but far away from heart of Pattaya city... 300 to 400 thb everyday gone to reach walking street & Pattaya city.. No Indian restaurant near by this hotel.. Any type of hospitality required is not good.

Good place, very well maintained. Swimming pool, bear garden for drought beer and sea food are really good. But No Veg/vegetarian choices in the menu & local hotels don't deliver because it's far away from city. Only Food panda can help you.

Its a nice experience in cholchan hotel, and people are very polite and helpful. Its beyond my expectation. The sea view room was very good, also they have mini bar inside the room. Where you can have all beverage ready for you.

Amazing location but shuttle service

Amazing location, right opp the sea. Amazing view. So 15 kms away from central Pattaya but yes they provide free shuttle which is fabulous. A good hotel to go for if you want to relax and enjoy your holiday. Good infrasturcutre. Rooms are spacious.

Nice Cholchan Pattaya Beach Resort - SHA Extra Plus with great view but away from city no nearby market and public transport and 2nd bad thing if u reach Cholchan Pattaya Beach Resort - SHA Extra Plus around 11 or 12 then Cholchan Pattaya Beach Resort - SHA Extra Plus staff did not give you room early bcoz they have policy for 2 pm check in overall property is nice polite staff
