Not a great place to stay. No Indian food options were available at the restaurant, and they didn’t even provide basic amenities like a dental kit. The rooms were very small, felt outdated, and noise from other rooms could be heard easily. Overall, not satisfied with the stay.

While rating from Google tempered us to book this hotel...but had very bad experience: 1. Hotel claimed at MMT it had gym, however there was no Gym in the property. 2. No tooth kit, sower gel provided...we were told tooth kit are stopped in the hotel. 3. No Proper Security, Mine 1300 bhaat was stolen from my purse when I was doing breakfast, while I asked to help me see the CCTV footage, which was not shown and were told jo one touched my money bag, which was a fishy answer. 4. Breakfast served was only made as per Chinese tourists...but no proper breakfast for Indian tourist

Location just 1.8 km to Pattaya beach and walking street. Nearby Indian restaurant and Main city hence convenient to stores. Hotel very neat and well maintained. Swimming pool is excellent. Hotel restaurant very good with moderate price. Staff very courteous. Value for money

I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, close to all main attractions. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and the facilities were excellent. Would definitely love to visit again!

There is No option for vegetarians. The location is great but there is no Indian restaurant nearby. The service and cleanness of the Beston Pattaya is very good.
