Worst hotel to stay 1. It was extremely cold inside the hotel. They had almost kept it at very low temperature and because of the outside and inside temperature difference we got sick in beginning of the trip itself. 2. They did not clean the rooms regularly. 3. Gave a room close to road, had traffic noise and did not accommodate any request. Maybe a different experience for other nationalities

The hotel was very nice. It had all that it needed. It is not a leisure hotel, but great for going back after a day of tourism. It is a little far from the main places but not too far. Mr. Om o really helped us with food and paid special attention to our diet and tried the best to cater to us.

The Centara Life Hotel Bangkok Phra Nakhon was very nice. It had all that it needed. It is not a leisure Centara Life Hotel Bangkok Phra Nakhon, but great for going back after a day of tourism. It is a little far from the main places but not too far. Mr. Om o really helped us with food and paid special attention to our diet and tried the best to cater to us.

The location was excellent, if one wishes to stay close to khao san. The breakfast spread was fairly good and included a number of items, but there was little variation between different days. The staff was very polite and helpful too.

It was amazing especially the reception and housekeeping team, however we did not get a chance to review the food and beverage team and service although everything looked spotless and tasty.

Great rooms and services provided by the Centara Life Hotel Bangkok Phra Nakhon, you need to pay a refundable deposit of 1000 bhat which was not mentioned anywhere

Brand new property. Basic amenities but very hygienic. Very helpful staff - security, reception, housekeeping. Must recommended for families.
