Location and cleanes

Hotel location is good its 10 minutes walk from main station but area around the hotel is not for family friendly, there is no air conditioning in the room they kept portable ac and its not working properly, room is so smelly when we entered its like mold or smoke, bed is very uncomfortable couldn’t sleep well. I request management to look all in this matter to make others stay comfortable.
