Location is not great for reaching the property. Rooms are substandard and needs maintenance. There is a lot of insects mosquitoes and ants. The host was accommodating and welcoming though so rated average.

Place is great and staff especially Udaya is superb. He was helpful and proactive. Breakfast is out of the world and you will enjoy local food. Would come back and recommend for families and business travelers.

Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean with hot water facility. White Palace has the best lagoon view from the guest house balcony. Very calm and peaceful environment best for people travelling for relaxation. 30 meters from airport. This place is also best suited for couples and solo travellers. Very safe and honest advise by the owner to travel in and around Negombo. Big thanks.
