good but no one at reception in night.

Cons: I had to leave at 4AM to catch flight but there was no one at the reception to open the gate. I had to knock multiple doors to have some staff to open gate. While previous night, i informed person at reception that I would be leaving at 4AM. Still no one was there at reception. Hotel must have someone 24hours at reception. Pros: overall experience was good.

The location was not bad, the food was excellent and the service was average. Cleanliness has to improve. Heavy objects have to be moved at least once a month and the floor has to be cleaned. There were cobwebs and a dead worm lying behind the table holding the tv. Sikar was efficient, sensitive and professional to the core. The bathroom walls were literally black with dirt. However, the staff were willing to listen to suggestions and made necessary changes.
