We had a good stay, the team was supportive enough to get us rooms closer to each other and been helped book us cabs during check out. The only issue we faced was with the elevators, they were usually full during peak hours and we had to wait for long to find a free one.

This hotel is located at downtown also very near to seoul night market. Most of the tourist attraction are nearby. Good english speaking staff and breakfast had lot of option but again limited choices for hard core vegetarian. But overall had few option which i could select. Good ambience and neat room. Good city view from hotel room.
