The hotel was neat and tidy. Umart was on the ground floor (a grocery store) and open 24/7. The only downside was that the MRT (Metro) was far away from the hotel.

Worst hotel or apartment ever don't recommend it

Recently i stayed in citadines for 5 days with my family ( wife, kid ( 2years ) they have charged 18000 inr ( 272 sgd ) in the name of table damage which is not done by us that too negligible damage happend to the table i wills-hare photo also ( very small table 2. 3ft : 1. 2ft size max damage is just 4 small bubbles on top layer of table ( bubbles on plywood sheet ) i requested them to reduce fine also they didn't listen i won't recommend this hotel to anyone especially for families with kids they are ready to charge extra money in the name of fines. Worst ever stay in my life. and also they are showing different photos and giving different rooms and also not providing driking water and also no room boys no one will help u if u have heavy luggage also u have to carry ourself they won't give u freedom to cook they cleaned room only 2 times out of 5 days
