Excellent Stay

location - located on grand anse beach..a picturesque pretty beach property...the sunset is a must... forget anse lazio I saw the perfect sunset of my life from this beach property however beach is non swimmnble due to manta/ sting rays in the water 5-7 min from ferry n airport food was good too overall we had a pleasant 3 nights experience with our 8 months old boy .. would definitely recommend

The best thing about the Hotel is it's location and staff. Staff are truly friendly and helpful. Food options are limited especially in the evening. Rooms are a bit old and dated.

Not a good place to stay

Staff behavior was weird and unprofessional. Cleaners were entering and exiting the room without even knocking the door. Food options were extremely limited and options ordered were awful. We were not allowed to take our food items on shacks and forced us to buy from their bar. On last day, when we requested to put baggage in the locker room, we were told they will do it but when we returned after 6-7 hours, it was placed outside unattended which could have resulted in a possible theft. Overall extremely bad experience and would recommend not to stay at this place for sure.

Room facility is good, Rental cars are old.. Maybe it is time they upgraded and bought new cars... The island is small and you can reach out to any end in max 45 minutes. Locker facility is good. People friendly. Owner himself drives to collect you sometimes directly from Jetty, on being asked the reason he said, this is where we start looking after our guests. All the staff are friendly, never faced any issues when we stayed here.
