Terrible Stay

One of the worst places to have stayed, my Ac was not working when I had entered the property and even after continuous complain for 3 days the problem was not resolved, so after this kind of hefty amount I had to sleep without the Ac, the hotel is like a robotic hotel, with no human contact, u have to call the customer care even if u need a pin in emergency, for the check in into the place I had to wait for an 1 hour in front of the kiosk placed at the entrance so that I get an AI generated code to open the door of my room, I had to speak to the customer care representative for almost an hour at 11 in the night, so that he could guide me to generate an AI code for my room as there was no human there.. worst experience of my trip was the stay in this property

Good location and clean but bathroom latch wouldn’t work and was really hard to open if close shut . The sofa bed was not too comfortable and rather small .
