Everything was average. The staffs were not friendly. They don’t even care about their guests. The people standing near the reception were so rude. We carried our luggage all the way from reception to the room. No one came to help us. Breakfast doesn’t have more variety and it was not good. They could have made it a lot better. Not worth the money. Just a very average resort with poor hospitality.

Great place to visit for a short trip

Nice place to visit for a couple of nights. Very busy on the weekends. The access road and journey is very nice. Dow trip to see the dolphins was great. Half board dinner on week nights, if reduced occupancy is not buffet but a set menu, breakfast buffet is good. Omanis very friendly and polite people.

I enjoyed my stay overall but the hotel definitely needs improvement. The room was smelling bad when i entered and needed to call 3 times before getting air freshener. The view, if you are not in the duplex, will always be on construction site. Also, the restaurant was overwhelmed so was pushing for a buffet option, which was overpriced compared to the quality of the food provided. We decided to get in room dining, which was not amazing. But staff was nice.

Worst client experience with zero empathy and consideration.

Worst customer service and pathetic experience. No consideration for cancellation due to climate warnings and road closures. Absolutely no empathy to clients. We had booked 2 rooms which were wasted with zero refund despite prior notification that we will not be able to travel due to weather warnings and road closures to the property.

Atana musandam is the best place where you can stay while travel-ling to musandam. It’s nearby lulu hypermarket which is quite convenient. The hotel has a heritage vibes but yet modern amenities. A perfect place to relax and rewind.
